Grievance Redressal Procedure

1. Submit your grievance through the online form below or in person at the Grievance Cell office
2. The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days
3. The cell will investigate the matter thoroughly
4. A resolution will be provided within 15 working days
5. If unsatisfied, you may appeal to the higher authority within 7 days
